ORDER ONLINE

Simply select the items that you wish to purchase and add it into your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, complete the billing and shipping details and confirm your delivery and payment methods. Upon receipt of your order, our staff will contact you as soon as possible with regards to delivery or collection of your order via phone or email.

The Rainbow x Thuasne online store is regularly updated with product information and new product offerings to provide a better shopping experience to our customers.

Orders can be made through phone by speaking to any of our specialists at 6223 0904 or 6749 1456. We would gladly offer advice and assistance to any enquiries to the products that you are interested to purchase. After confirming the order and delivery time with our specialists, payment can be made upon delivery.

 

VISIT US

Our showroom at Ubi Road 1 has all of our products on display and we have specialists ready to help with any questions that you may have. Feel free to try the items you are interested in before deciding on your purchase. You can also self collect the item at our showroom. If you require delivery for your order, our staff will arrange a delivery date and time with you, and payment can be made at the showroom, or upon delivery.

If you are purchasing on behalf of your Ministry / Statutory Board, please send us an e-mail at sales@rainbowcare.com.sg to enquire more about the product that you wish to purchase. We would gladly offer advice and assistance to any enquiries to the products that you are interested to purchase. You may pick up your order at the showroom or arrange delivery with our staff. Payment can be arranged via e-invoicing.

 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Upon confirmation of order, the items are usually shipped on the next working day.

Feel free to contact us if you have any special delivery requests.

Alternatively, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternate address. Kindly specify the shipping address during the checkout process, and also include the recipient’s name for verification purposes if you are not able to be physically present to receive the order.
